People have been cheering the restoration of the Divine Lorraine hotel for years- it's a ruin-porn masterpiece where Ridge Ave hits Broad, and has long had the attention of folks that want to see the city turnaround.
But of course a scoundrel developer used this public will to get a foot in the legal door. Now that developer has ***renderings*** of a big fat development that literally shows houses ***with people still living in them*** gone in place of glossy BS.
